A disagreement with your Indonesian business partner is escalating. We sit in the room with our counsel and a respected mediator from KADIN Bali (the Indonesian chamber of commerce), and bring it back to a workable agreement before it becomes a court file.

You need an Indonesian SIM A (car) or SIM C (motorcycle) licence. We prepare the file, book the right Polres office on the right day, and walk you through every step in English. The queue, the forms, and the language barrier disappear. You drive.

Extend your stay in Bali without the day at immigration. VOA, B211A social visa, and KITAS extensions through our licensed agent. File prepared, appointment held, biometrics scheduled around your day. In-person only where the category requires. Less Pak time, more villa time.

IMEI registration.

Your phone is locked to local networks because the IMEI was never registered with Bea Cukai (the Indonesian customs office). We handle it through the customs portal and the tax office. Handset properly on the books, back on a working line.

A celebrity artist's Southeast Asia leg is announced. We work the promoter side and the regional ticketing network. How is AltEsc Concierge different from FOMO+?

AltEsc Concierge is the by-invitation side. The desk that takes the requests in the niche-examples grid above, for villa owners, family offices, and referred clients. Retainer or per engagement, no price list, founder-direct. FOMO+ is an app, the public version of the same desk, the same partners, the same playbook, delivered to your phone. Frangipani is free, Sandalwood is Rp 288K (about $17 USD) per month, Kemenyan is Rp 888K (about $52 USD) per month by inquiry. Kemenyan members get a crossover lane into the Concierge side.

What does founder-direct actually mean?

On the by-invitation side, you reach a founder by name and direct line. Decisions don't wait on a ticketing system, and you're not on a queue with strangers. We hold this open only because the cohort is small. As Concierge scales, more requests route through specialists rather than founders, but the line stays direct for the kinds of asks that genuinely require it.

Is the concierge a real person?

Yes. The desk is staffed by real concierges based in Bali. Not AI, not a chatbot, not an overseas call centre. When you message us, a person reads it and replies, and you'll meet them by name once you're inside. On FOMO+ the SLA tightens with tier, Frangipani replies by sunset, Sandalwood within four hours, Kemenyan same-day with a named concierge. On AltEsc Concierge (by invitation), the SLA is bespoke.

What else can the desk help with, beyond lifestyle?

The desk is your most-connected friend in Bali, not just for dinners. Visa overstay, passport torn at the airport, robbed in Canggu, lost phone with an IMEI block, need a clinic-dispatched nurse at the villa at 2am, need a chiropractor by tomorrow, customs clearance for a shipment, last-minute concert ticket in Singapore. We aren't a hospital, a lawyer, or the embassy. We're the connector who knows the right person to call, makes the call, and gets you there.

How do you handle privacy on the by-invitation side?

NDA is the default, not the exception. Engagements aren't published, named, or referenced externally. Even partners we work with day to day don't see your name on our books unless the work needs it. Indonesian UU PDP No. 27/2022 governs how we handle data. The credential page at /trust lists every data-flow we run.

Can I cancel FOMO+?

Any time. Monthly billing, no minimum term, no hoops. The reason most members stay isn't a contract, it's that the math keeps working.

Where do you operate?

Bali, today. Five regions live: Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Sanur. Sanur is also our office address. Lombok and Nusa Penida next year. Other islands as the desk scales.
