Chief Executive Officer

Raised in a diplomatic household, within one of Indonesia's established logistics families. That background provided an early, working understanding of how institutions, permits, and relationships function in this country — not from study, but from proximity to the people and processes involved.
Bali came before the business. The opportunity emerged from watching villa owners, developers, and international capital navigate the same regulatory and operational complexity without adequate support — and recognising that the gap had a workable solution.
Dante leads deal triage, legal execution, government relationships, and operational build across all AltEsc verticals.
Founder & Owner

Founded and exited Places.co, a luxury travel community serving private and high-net-worth travellers. That experience offered an extended view of what discerning clients actually notice — and how rarely the operational layer behind a hospitality product meets the standard the front-facing experience implies.
His family connection to Bali predates the tourism infrastructure. They were on the island in the 1970s. He came back as an adult, with a clear sense of what was missing and a longer-term view of what it could become.

Head of Ground Operations
AltEsc · Bali
Educated at Boston College. Spent years running hospitality and lifestyle operations across Bali — Berawa, Kerobokan, Ubud. He has built the contractor and vendor relationships that make execution predictable in a market where delays are common and accountability is often thin.
As Head of Ground Operations, Ace oversees the on-the-ground execution layer across all AltEsc verticals: contractor and vendor management, site oversight on Capital completions, and villa preparation and quality control for Platform and Concierge.
The platform manages distribution. The legal team handles documentation. Ace handles what happens on the ground.
Head of Community & Partnerships
AltEsc · Bali
Born and raised in Bali. Her career has moved across film, modelling, and property — and her network reflects that range, spanning Jakarta's entertainment and creative circles and Bali's villa owner community.
That reach has a practical function. Villa owners engage because she understands the local context from the inside. Partners and introducers move more quickly because the relationship is often already in place. Access that would take months through conventional channels tends to take considerably less.
Elsa leads inbound owner relationships, strategic partnerships, and the sourcing infrastructure that keeps AltEsc's pipeline active.
Legal infrastructure
The platform handles distribution. The legal team handles documentation and structure. The ground team handles delivery. Each piece relies on the others.
