· Why the Network exists
Bali's villa market runs on trust nobody is keeping.
The Bingin Beach demolitions and the March 31 OTA delisting enforcement did the same thing from two directions: they showed villa owners that the ground under their asset is not as solid as they were told. Licensing lapses became demolition orders. Missing paperwork became removed listings. Overnight, owners who thought they were fine were not.
And the people closest to those owners, the brokers, the advisors, the managers, keep getting cut out. An introduction is made, a deal moves forward, and the person who opened the door is quietly removed before it closes. It happens constantly. It is the single biggest reason good people stop making introductions at all.
The Network is our answer to both. Owners get a path they can verify. The people who introduce them get tracked, credited, and paid, from first contact to payout, logged in the platform, impossible to erase.

Three tiers. You start where you stand.
Vetted community members. Individuals with real relationships to Bali villa owners. This is the tier this page is for, apply, get reviewed by a founder, start introducing. Referral commissions on every trigger event.
Promoted top performers. Associates who bring sustained, quality deal flow move up to Core, better split, residual share on management revenue, and first look at platform inventory.
LOI-signed brokerages. Established firms operating under a formal agreement with AltEsc. Institutional terms, co-branded engagements, portfolio-level deal flow.
Every member, Associate to Strategic, works through the same partner portal. Your introduction is tracked from first contact to payout. No one gets cut out.

Three places where the Network is paid.
Compliance referrals · paid on engagement signing. When a villa owner you introduce signs a compliance engagement with us.
Management sign-ups · paid on first booking. When a villa you refer goes live on the AltEsc platform and earns its first booking.
Long-term partnerships · residual on management revenue. Ongoing share of management fees for members who introduce sustained deal flow.
Specific terms are agreed in conversation. Stronger introductions earn stronger terms.

You don't need a brokerage license or a portfolio. You need real relationships and a reason owners would take your call.
Brokers & agents · you already move Bali property. You know owners who are delisted, exposed, or quietly looking to exit. The portal protects your attribution so the deal can't move without you.
Property service providers · you touch villas for a living. Architects, notaries, legal advisors, builders, managers, you see compliance gaps and distribution problems before anyone else does.
Community connectors · you hold a circle, not a client list. Expat group organizers, neighborhood networks, long-term residents. One trusted introduction from inside a community is worth more than any ad.
