Day 1–2 Asset assessment

Location, build standard, compliance position. We review everything before we commit. If your villa does not meet the standard, we say so clearly.

Day 3–5 Baseline locked

Three months of prior revenue data reviewed and verified. This becomes the benchmark against which the performance bonus is calculated. You will know exactly what is being measured before signing.
