1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," the visitor, prospect, partner, or capital partner) and PT AltEsc Solusi Indonesia, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with registered office at RSG, 3rd Floor, 405 E, Pertokoan Graha Niaga Sanur, Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai No. 4, Sanur Kauh, Denpasar 80221, Bali, Indonesia ("AltEsc," "we," "us"). The website at altesc.com and any subdomain or successor URL is the "Site."

2. Permitted use of the site

You may view, navigate, and share the public pages of the Site for lawful, personal, or business-evaluation purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site to violate any law or third-party right.
• Reproduce, republish, scrape, or systematically download substantial portions of the Site without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any non-public functionality.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach any security or authentication measure.
• Send automated traffic, malware, or content designed to interfere with the Site's operation.
• Use the Site to harvest personal data of others, send spam, or promote unrelated services.

We may, at our discretion and without notice, restrict or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.

3. Informational only · no advice

The Site provides general information about AltEsc's services. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, regulatory, investment, or commercial advice, and no client, advisory, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship is created by your visit or by submitting a form. Any decision you make based on Site content is your own. We recommend obtaining independent professional advice before acting.

4. Capital page · no offer of securities

The Capital page (altesc.com/capital) and any related material:

• Are marketing communications only.
• Are not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest, or financial instrument in any jurisdiction.
• Are intended solely for professional, institutional, accredited, or otherwise sophisticated investors.
• Should not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision. Any actual offer will be made only by a confidential private placement memorandum or definitive transaction document, to persons who satisfy the eligibility criteria set out therein.

Target return ranges referenced on the Capital page are illustrative, not forecasts or guarantees, and are subject to material risk including the possibility of total loss. See the Important Information block at the bottom of the Capital page for full risk language.

5. Forms & submissions

When you submit a form on the Site:

• You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
• You consent to its processing as described in our Privacy Notice.
• You grant AltEsc a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the submitted information solely to evaluate, respond to, or follow up on your enquiry.
• You agree we may reasonably verify your identity, source of funds, or eligibility before further engagement, particularly for capital-related submissions (AML/KYC).
• Submission of a form does not create any contractual or fiduciary obligation on our part beyond responding to your enquiry. We may decline any enquiry without explanation.

6. Engagement & contracts

Any service AltEsc provides, Compliance, Platform Management, Concierge, or Capital, is governed by a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties. The Site does not create that agreement. Until that agreement is signed, no engagement, retainer, or commercial obligation exists.

7. Confidentiality

We treat enquiries, asset details, and capital-partner information with discretion as a matter of practice and consistent with Indonesian professional norms. If you require formal confidentiality before sharing material non-public information, request a mutual NDA before submitting it. Information shared without a signed NDA is treated as confidential by AltEsc but is not contractually binding on either party.

8. Intellectual property & trademarks

The Site's content, text, structure, code, design, logos, and visual assets, is owned by PT AltEsc Solusi Indonesia or its licensors, and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and database-right laws. The "AltEsc" name, the AltEsc logo (the "ALT|ESC" mark and any stylised variants), and associated brand assets are trademarks of PT AltEsc Solusi Indonesia.

You may quote short excerpts of public Site content with attribution to "AltEsc, altesc.com" for journalism, education, or commentary. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, services, or social platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltEsc disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, free of error, or that any defect will be corrected on a particular timeline.

Statistical claims (visitor numbers, market estimates, channel counts) are based on publicly available sources and our own underwriting at the time of publication; they are not warranted to be current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, AltEsc, its founders, employees, advisors, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site, regardless of cause, shall not exceed Indonesian Rupiah ten million (IDR 10,000,000) or its equivalent. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AltEsc and its founders, employees, advisors, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable counsel fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site (a "Dispute") shall first be addressed in good faith between the parties for thirty (30) days. If unresolved, the Dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by BANI (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia) in Bali or Jakarta, in accordance with BANI's then-current rules. The seat of arbitration is Indonesia. The language of arbitration is English, with Indonesian translation where required by Indonesian law. The arbitral tribunal's award is final and binding. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a competent Indonesian court.

14. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any signed engagement agreement, are the entire agreement between you and AltEsc regarding the Site, and supersede prior understandings.
• Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor in a corporate event.
• Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and last-updated date at the top of this page reflect the current iteration. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
• Language. The English version of these Terms is the operative version. Bahasa Indonesia translations may be provided for convenience but do not modify these Terms; in case of conflict, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by Indonesian law.
